Wild Garlic Pesto

Wild garlic is one of the strongest spring herbs and helps in treating flu, colds, and even tonsillitis. And what’s more – it has an exquisite taste and smell. Enjoy this delicious pesto!

You’ll need:
20 leaves of wild garlic
8 tbsp. of olive oil
6 tbsp. of grated parmesan
A pinch of salt

Mix the wild garlic leaves with the olive oil in a blender. Add salt and parmesan cheese, then mix it all again and decant into a jar. Now it’s done! Ideally, stock the pesto in the fridge.
