Calorie Liquidator – Elderberry punch

Elderberries contain lots of vitamin C which can liquidate calories. You can use either elderberry flowers or fruits, though the berries are more effective.
Directions: Bring a ½ cup elderberry juice, ½ cup apple juice, two cloves, a small piece of cinnamon and a little lemon juice to a boil for five minutes in a covered pan. Strain and pour into glasses.
