Milk and Honey for Sleeping

It’s quite hard to fall asleep during the summer nights, isn’t it? With this milk and honey drink, it’ll become easy again
  • 0.9 Liter of milk
  • 5 Tbsp. of honey
  • A pinch of cardamom
Warm up the milk until it reaches the boiling point, stir it and add honey. Finally, add the cardamom. All you need to do now is have a cup before going to sleep.
