How to Stop Excessive Sweating

The fight against unpleasant bodily odor goes all the way back to ancient Egypt, where people used various spices, citrus or even cinnamon to mask the scent of their sweat.

To this day, these natural resources certainly haven’t lost their relevance, since we can use them to create an effective antiperspirant literally for the cost of a few dollars.

Sweating is a natural bodily function that protects the organism from overheating. The human body, however, sweats not only as a reaction to heat and physical stress, but also to hormonal changes, strong emotions or spicy foods.

While the chemical composition of sweat varies between individuals, the basis is always the same. Up to 98 percent of sweat is water, while the rest is made up of minerals, amino acids or urea.
