July – Bloodstream
The blood streaming through our veins is most vulnerable in July. Its flow is weakest in the morning and strongest before we go to sleep. The health issues one can expect as a result include difficulty catching one’s breath and increased muscle spasms and dizziness – especially for people with low blood pressure. Your best friends for these issues should be buckwheat, cereal or wheat germ and leafy vegetables. The best herbs for July are rosemary, lemon balm, nettle or daisy.
