This time of year poses the biggest threat to the thermoregulatory system, resulting in possible health issues affecting the body, both inside and out. Your body might be prone to overheating, which consequently leads to the so-called summer flu. The most efficient prevention comes in the form of hot and cold hydrotherapy – switching hot and cold showers. Drink enough water, preferably with mint, lemon, lavender or verbena. Fresh vegetables and fruit juices are great too.
