- 1.4 oz / 40 g common chicory tops
- 0.7 oz / 20 g dandelion root with leaves
- 0.7 oz / 20 g thorn needle root
- 0.35 oz / 10 g viola tricolor tops
- 0.35 oz / 10 g polygonum aviculare tops
Pour 17 fluid ounces / ½ liter of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of the mix. Let infuse for 20 minutes. Bottle the tea and sip throughout the day.
