GINSENG TINCTURE

Ingredients:

• A handful of ginseng roots
• Strong alcohol (vodka, spirit)

Directions:

Rinse the roots, chop them to small pieces, and put them in a clean jar. Pour alcohol over the roots, place the jar on a window parapet, and leave it there for at least three weeks. Shake it occasionally.

After three weeks, filter the tincture through a piece of cloth and pour it in a clean jar. Store it in a dark place at a temperature of 60°F / 15°C at most. Use the tincture three times a day for the duration of at least one month.
