If you have decided to lose weight using only a reduction-type diet with no incorporated physical exercise, beware!

A reduction-type diet is only effective as long as we return to a sustainable diet in the longer term.

The belief that we will stick to a weight-reducing diet indefinitely falls apart as soon as fatigue, inability to concentrate, anxiety or health issues turn up due to the metabolic economy.

There is no issue with dietetic alimentation; however, it is crucial not to forget to keep a balanced diet that incorporates both vegetable and animal foodstuffs in combination with physical exercise. An effective reduction of weight consists of a balanced individual diet and some form of physical exercise.
