Chia Seed Oatmeal


  • ½ cup oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ one banana
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup nuts of your choice (walnuts, hazelnuts…)
  • 1 tablespoon unroasted cocoa beans


Rinse the oat flakes and put them in a bowl. Pour boiling water over them. Add a spoonful of chia seeds and leave it to stand for about 15 minutes. Then mash the banana and add it to the mixture along with ground cinnamon and nuts, and stir well. Finally add a spoonful of unroasted cocoa beans. Stir well and serve.
