Since the first issue of My Herbs came out in July 2016, we have been introducing you to the healing effects of perhaps the most controversial herb today – cannabis.
In part eight, we discussed harvesting and the correct processing of this herb. This issue will cover the best homemade recipes ranging from balms to tinctures to butters.

The next installment will examine the use of cannabis extract, which in recent years has gained tremendous popularity the world over. But balms made from plant material are a great place to start.
