Baked walnut bun

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of cashew nuts
• 1 cup of walnuts (both soaked in water for 5 hours prior)
• 0.25 cup of dried tomatoes
• 0.25 cup of black olives
• 2 garlic cloves
• salt and pepper for seasoning

Preparation:

Mix and grind all the ingredients into a smooth state. Prepare a bowl, a smooth cloth and a net. Place the net on top of the bowl and the cloth over the net. Then pour the creamy mix over them. Let the mixture drip for about 20 minutes. Then place the bun from the cloth into the bowl and mix it with the ground garlic. Take the entire mixture and put it into a baking bowl and let it cool down in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Finally, take the mixture out and bake it in an oven preheated to 180°C / 355°F for 45 minutes.
