4 Best Herbs to Fight Diabetes – Raspberry (Rubus idaeus)

There are herbs growing all around us that can help with diabetes – let us find out more together.

We can find raspberry bushes in many places. They are most typically found in clearings, brushes and forests, though many people all across the northern hemisphere grow them themselves for their fruits. Should you decide to go buy it in a gardening store, you can usually find it under “Rubusidaeus”. It is a relatively tall bush that can grow to up to 2 meters in height. Its sprouts are green at first, but they quickly turn red or even brownish.

They also grow many thorns. Raspberry blooms are tiny and white, and have the bud of a future fruit in the center.
