The Great Effects of Daisy

Give it up for daisy, our superhero! It helps with digestive problems, alleviates sore throat and even works as cancer prevention.

To make a daisy tincture, fill a glass jar with a tablespoon of dried daisy flowers and pour some grain alcohol in the jar, just enough to cover the herbs. Close the jar, put it in a warm place and allow it to steep for about 2 weeks. Then strain it and that’s it!

Use it either internally for acute problems (10 drops of tincture in water three times a day), or you can apply it externally to treat skin disorders.
