They eat foods that positively affect their organism and environment. It is crucial for all healthy food lovers to eat quality foods, ideally those that did not have to travel too far.
Modern medicine ranks foods according to their chemical constitution. Current findings show that margarines, for example, are recommended for several years while eggs are not, and then they swap, and so on.
Contrary to that, traditional medicinal systems like Ayurveda or Chinese medicine do not take the chemical constitution into account. Whether a food is suitable is defined through thousands of years of observing their properties and capabilities.
