The beautiful, immunity-boosting South African geranium (Pelargonium sidoides) kept them healthy for centuries. Today, it offers the same relief.
This beautiful geranium forms a rosette-like plant with small leaves covered with tiny silver hairs. Its flowers have distinctive tiny, dark purple petals that grow throughout most of the year. One little problem with this plant, however, is that it grows only in South Africa.
It can’t survive in a temperate climate, unfortunately, so growing it at home is only suitable in the subtropics. Don’t worry though – its extracts are sold as medicine, and they can easily be bought online.
