Dear My Herbs reader and fellow herbalist,

I hope you are in good health and navigating your way through these tough times with enough positive energy and a good mood. Those of you who grow their own herbs at home will most likely agree with me when I say that a successfully grown herb provides us with nourishment not only for the stomach, but also for the soul.

Caring for the soul is especially important during times like these.

I, as do all of my colleagues from the My Herbs editorial team, wish from the bottom of my heart that you find success not only in your herb-growing endeavors, but also in finding the time to rejuvenate your soul.

I believe that with a cup of your favorite tea, coffee, or any other drink, along with an issue of My Herbs in your hands, you will most definitely find it and enjoy it to the fullest.

We will soon be putting the next My Herbs issue in print – as a little teaser, here is its cover.
