Do you know raspberry vinegar? You can use it to add an exquisite flavour to your salads!

You’ll need:
3 cups of raspberries
4 cups of white vinegar

Pour the vinegar over the raspberries and cover the jar with a piece of cloth tightly. Find a suitable, warm place where you’ll let the mixture infuse for 2 weeks. Finally, strain the vinegar through a sieve and decant it into a dark jar. Enjoy!
