Longan can improve your sleep and make you well-rested again. Traditional Chinese medicine even recommends it for relaxation and rejuvenation!

Try out the Chinese longan tea:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz. / 50 g. dried jujube (Ziziphus jujuba)
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 1 tbsp. of dried longan
  • 1 tsp. of honey

PREPARATION:

Pout the jujube into a pot, pour water over it and cook for about half an hour. Then, add the dried longan and cook for another 15 minutes. Afterwards, remove it from the fire and decant it right away. Let it cool down a little and sweeten it with the honey. Once you’ve mixed the resulting brew, it is ready for serving!
