For our children, summer holidays are always a time of fun. For us adults, however, they’re usually a time of increased alert, since the more our children play outdoors, the higher the risk of them getting injured in some way is.

We can’t, of course, completely prevent that from happening, but whenever a minor injury occurs, we can use herbs to heal it safely and naturally.

PROBLEMS WITH DIGESTION
Summer goes hand in hand with exploring the unknown and that can sometimes lead to not-so-pleasant consequences, like diarrhea or constipation. If the diarrhea is caused by something we ate, we can tap into the healing potential of bilberries, agrimony, mint and lemon balm.
