Autumn is harvest time, and that also applies to cannabis, which can be carefully cultivated beginning in spring.
The majority of cannabis grown in North America is mature from September to November, depending on the specific strain and locality (altitude and geographic position – there is a huge difference, for example, between southern Arizona and northern Maine or British Columbia).
Generally, the earlier the plants mature, the better, because late blight can set in in September through October, which is a nightmare for the majority of growers.
