• 4.4 oz / 125 g butter
• 2.8 oz / 80 g caster sugar
• 3.5 oz / 100 g powdered milk
• 0.07 oz / 2 g matcha
• Grated walnuts (or coconut)
Mix together caster sugar, powdered milk, and matcha in a bowl. Add softened butter and knead the mixture into a dough. If it crumbles, add a bit more butter. Roll the dough into a roll and cut it into even pieces. Roll the pieces into little balls and cover them with grated walnuts or coconut. Place them in a fridge for a while to cool, then serve.
